Hearing true means we recognize whether what we are hearing or seeing is real. Is it physical, spiritual or historical fact? We may watch a play or skit. It seems real but we know the players are actors. Videos may appear even more real. Are they?
There may be much discussion about these “events” if the subject, the plot, is interesting, or intersects with other matters in life. Make believe, that is, made up, manufactured events, may help us to see how a situation may be handled or to better comprehend life.
We may see other videos or hear/read stories labelled as “news”. These are presented as factual, about “real” events. Are they?
Some are advertorials designed to influence a purchase. Some are created to sell an idea. One clue this writer has observed is that a product is promoted as regularly $69.99 but it is available today only [it is ALWAYS today] for $49.99. There is usually some truth in the presentation but does the product provide what is promised? The product has usually saved the inventor or a dear one from a fate worse than death, such as losing eyesight, hearing, hair, youthfulness, etc.
When is it important that what is presented be true? When a decision must be made. If a decision is not required now it may be deferred until the truth is known. However, we live in a time when more and more choices must be made now.
There are ways to increase our ability to know.
Raise our energy levels.
There are many ways to increase our energy. Being grateful, expressing thanks. Breathe. Watch self inhale and exhale, allowing more time on the exhale. This signals to the body that it is ok to relax. Laugh, sing, dance, smile, do acts of kindness. Think of loved ones and feel the love. Play. Walk with nature. Listen to and/or play uplifting music. Swim, run, talk with trees, plants and animals.

Hold the intention to know what is true.
Bring in white light and surround self in it. Then ask self: “Is _____ true? Or “Soul Self, do you wish me to ______?” If not regularly speaking with Soul Self, allow Soul Self and the body a minute to get over the shock. Wait for an answer.
When one is faced with a choice, there may be several things being decided.
If one is told, for example, one may not enter unless masked, the decisions are many. To enter or not, to comply or not, to safeguard one’s own health or not, to respect one’s own sovereignty or not, to show by example or not. [Note the ordering here does not imply merit or importance of an option.]
Certain decisions are very important now. They cannot be deferred. They will not come again. We must choose. Not doing so is a choice which determines our path. A key decision is “Do we stand with all good souls?” Others are not so obvious. If it boils down to “Do we respect self and/or others?” it is important. Deferring eating a piece of pie may or may not be. Honoring another’s right to choose their own path is, whether we agree with the choice or not. Respecting our own and others’ right to know the facts is critical. As is honoring Soul Self.
