We pre-exist our birth into Earth. As we shift from a spiritual existence into a physical one, we tend to forget what we previously consciously knew. We still know it. We just don't remember. It's Ok.
We have two general objectives in coming in as human beings. We are here to experience and to help each other. Part of experiencing is making choices .Sometimes, the choice is easy. Other times not so much.
When we prefer to not decide between/among options, that itself is a choice. Sometimes this means we choose the default. That is, all who do not choose option "A" automatically get option "B". This is the situation on Earth Now. There is no middle ground. We either choose to stand with all good souls or we don't.
Standing with all good souls, helping each other is a simple choice. Once the decision is made, we have programmed ourselves to do so. We find ourselves automatically doing what is necessary to assist others.
Standing with other good souls is not hard. It simply requires steadfastness, as well as deermination. Standing together provides strength to all. It is its own glue. Cooperating with others is its own reward.
If we do not choose to call in and stand with all good souls, we may find we are traveling through some rough spots. We may see we are heading in different directions. Not to worry. We will eventually meet up again with those who choose otherwise.
It may help to remember we are One, that no matter how much distance we place between ourselves, even to the other side of Creation, we are only a thought away from each other.
An important consideration is that no matter what we choose, we continue our journey. The best way to travel is with gratitude, tranquility, without judging self or others, and with loving kindness.
Maintain peacefulness with the breath. Breathe slowly, with exhales longer than inhales. This lets the body know it is ok to relax and helps the heart and brain join together.
Greet all you meet with a smile and a kind word. Like a drop in a pond, we affect all whom we encounter.
This, too, is a choice.
