      Raising our energies enables us to access and use infomation more beneficially. We raise energies with love.

      We humans have a few key characteristics. As spirits, we are created with the ability to know and to choose. And we can choose what we know. When we incarnate, i.e., take on a physical body, we also acquire the ability to feel via our emotions, via our endocrine system. To have a feeling is neutral. What we do with feelings is key.

      Made in the image of God and the Creator, we are beings of love, for that is the nature of our Creators. The essence of the Creator, the nature of Creator, the Creator's energy is Love. We are the same energy, just less of it.

      We are here in the physical to express the Creator's essence in matter. This is what the man Yeshua came to Earth to do: to express Love as a physical being and to show us it can be done when he came 2,000 years ago. He combined his humanity totally with the divine nature as one entity and became Christed, i.e., totally expressing Love.

      We all have this ability to become totally unified as Love in matter as well as spirit. We are here to learn to actually do it. The man we call Jesus, Yeshua, consciously became love in body and spirit, and then traveled around telling others and sharing with people what this looked like.

      There were people who did not appreciate this. It interfered with their plans. Enough people learned about it, however, so that the entire globe is today covered in people who have learned to do this in greater and lesser degrees.

      We are also learning how to fully express the divine as feeling beings. Mastering this is our next step in our evolution as humans. What we do with our feelings determines the quality of our life. Do we hold on to not so good feelings or do we let them go so we may focus on more enjoyable ones.

      We are at a stage now where we must put our house in order. We must restore the way we live to a manner which is compatible with our nature as beings of love who are limited only by our own imagination and choices. We have the capacity to provide for each other in a comfortable, clean, nourishing environment.

      Our energy levels are the practical limits on what we can do. We control our energy levels by maintaining our frequencies. Our emotions control our frequencies. Breathing, laughing, smiling, singing, dancing, being friendly, forgiving, acting kindly, etc., all raise our frequencies. Being anxious, greedy, impatient, jealous, mean, spiteful, unkind, vengeful, etc., all lower our frequencies. Fear lowers energy levels the most. Gratitude is the greatest elevator of our frequency.

      By choosing to maintain our energy at high frequencies, we increase our ability to know, to be one with all that is and to access all that is.

      Access to universal knowledge is dependent on our motivation, why we wish to know; our intent, what we will do with the information, and whether our energy level is high enough to comprehend the knowledge that we seek. All this is directly proportional to our frequency levels. This body of information spoken of here is also currently identified by some in the science community as “the Field” and by some as the “Akashic”.

      Suppose we are giving a talk on a topic with which we are very familiar? We wish to help our audience comprehend whatever they need to, so they may be able to use the information in their daily activities. We may find we are saying some things we have not consciously thought of previously while we are explaining things to our audience. This is using our intuition and is the basis, the source for actions such as inspired writing.

      As our frequencies elevate, we may find that as we ask self specific questions, the answers may come to us as ideas or in dreams. It may be useful to journal these. Paying attention to such information tends to increase its occurrence. Journaling serves to build informational pathways such as the neural system does in the body.

      It is one of the brain’s main functions to help us track all the different sources we use for information and the access methods used for each. Elevating energy levels helps provide redundancy and increases maintenance efficiency in this area, as well as improve shifting capabilities.

      At this point in our existence, we may notice feelings are becoming stronger. This is not an accident. Energy levels have been rising on Earth daily for more than the past 80 years since Earth first asked for help. As our frequencies rise, so does our ability to feel. We are here to learn to master our emotions.

      We can use them to achieve whatever purpose we choose. Right now we can use them to clean up our environment, restore our justice system, improve our agriculture, re-invent our economy with an asset based currency, modify our health practices by focusing on wellness instead of disease, cooperate with our neighbors far and near in peaceful ventures, rebuild our society and have fun doing it.
