Are we hearing true? What we learn may be awful but does it feel true? Does it feel right?
We need to distinguish between content and vibration. We learn of not so good things. We know if what we hear is good or not. But is it true? Is what we hear accurate? Or is it a wild story? Someone's imagination? A deliberate attempt to mislead or upset? How do we know?
We can use our intuition. First, we decide we wish to know the truth, i.e., we set our intention to know what is real. Then, we gather data. Begin by separating the physical details from the feelings. See the full picture. Is it reasonable, plausible? Use the intellect. Next, ask self: "Does it feel 'accurate', 'true'?
What does 'true' feel like? With practice we can learn how it feels for us. Practice is asking self how we feel, what does it feel like when we tell self something we know to be true, such as "the sun is shining". Does it feel smooth? Rough? Grainy? Hot, warm, cold, ice? Comfortable, or not? Slimy? Yucky? Peaceful? Relaxing? Antsy? Somewhere in between? Does our skin crawl, our nose wrinkle, our gut tighten? It may be helpful to do this over a period of time, maybe a few weeks, and record our observations in a notebook or journal.
Once we are comfortable with knowing what true statements feel like to us, we can do the same with ones we know to be false. Keep in mind, the focus is on our reaction to the statement independent of its content, using our intent to distinguish between the two.
Once we consciously know our own reactions to true and false statements, we can watch our reactions to new statements as we hear/read them and act accordingly. The body knows the veracity of what it hears and sees.
It may be helpful to remember that certain ones wish to continue the present confusion for as long as they can. The mix of fact and fiction serves this purpose. Therefore, parts of a statement may be accurate and parts false. We can tell the difference. As we honor the body, our discernment, distinguishing fact from fiction, becomes easier.
This is important now. Much has been kept hidden by a few for their own purposes and gains. We are at a point in human evolution where everything is becoming known. It will help us greatly to rely on ourselves via our own bodies, as well as our minds, to sort things out. It may relieve the stress and anxiety which can accompany the uncertainty of learning previously unthought of facts, leaving us better equipped to deal with the reality we now face.
This may also be used to determine if a future course of action may be beneficial. We can ask self if some action we are considering may be helpful and observe our physical reaction to the idea, whether it be positive or negative.
Paying attention to what our bodies tell us is another tool from which we may benefit in our journey with Earth. The body, after all, is a major player carefully crafted by the soul.
Our choice.
