Intuition Tools
There are things which not only improve our use of intuition, they also enable us to learn more easily and comfortably.
These are some of the tools we use in the Be Your Own Psychic /Intuition Development Conferences.
Breathing
Breathing. Focusing on our breathing automatically relaxes us. Making the exhales longer than the inhales tells the body it is safe.
Breathing calms the mind, modifies blood pressure, decreases anxiety and depression, increases happiness and optimism, raises vibrational levels, improves sleep, strengthens our ability to regulate our emotions, relieves trauma symptoms, reduces impulsivity, cravings and addiction.
The breath is linked to the autonomic nervous system. Breathing exercises activate the parasympathetic nervous system, associated with resting and digesting, thereby improving body functions. This will be used every session.
Note: Due to EARTH changes there is less Oxygen in the atmosphere. It may be necessary to breath in through the mouth, exhaling through the nose to take in adequate amounts of Oxygen. [Also see Relax the Body.]
Awareness
Conscious Awareness. Take a moment, pause and watch yourself go by. See what you are doing as if not self.
Realize there are parts of self that function automatically. Most parts.
Try talking with self. Notice what happens.
Gratitude
Be Thankful. Expressing thankfulness, saying "Thank you" raises our energy levels and shifts our feelings. It is a good alternative to panic, anger and any other negative emotion which may arise. Try saying "thank you" the next time you are unpleasantly surprised. Notice the shift with an attitude of gratitude.
Dreaming
Dreaming. Our dreams are one of Soul's primary means of communicating with us. Dreams bypass our intellect and logical conscious mind.

Meditation.
Meditation. There are many ways to meditate. Use whichever one is most comfortable for you. The primary benefit is calming the mind, reducing anxiety and modifying our energy frequencies. We also realize most of the benefits of focusing on breathing when meditating.
There is a noon meditation daily at the A.R.E. which you can join with where ever you are in the universe.
Relax the Body
Physically relaxing the components of the body and the body as a whole. We humans seem to carry a lot of tension, particularly around the face and neck area. Telling our different body parts to relax works. Certain exercises also relieve tension and stress in given areas. Laughing is a great tension reliever, as is dancing.
Various relaxing exercises are used before and during each intuitive exercise.
Ceremony
Ceremony. A ceremony is a formal honoring occurring at a point in time. It has both physical and spiritual components. Ceremony promotes respect, unity, harmony and cooperation. It is sacred because it is created and done by human beings.
Give Ego a Job
Give Ego an assignment. Ego likes to think it's important. It is. Tell it to watch and observe everything you do. Be sure to ask it for feedback when you're finished with what you've been concentrating on. And listen.
Have Fun
Have fun. Raises energy levels, improving immune systems and intuition.
Imagination
Imagination. Imagination enables us to expand our talents and abilities, try on new situations. Pretend and Imagine. Make it up. Play.
Intention
Intention. Set the intention carefully. Be specific. Choose words carefully. See what we wish to occur. What we see is what we get. What you see is what you get.
Passionate Detachment.
Passionate Detachment. Working as if the outcome is most important with NO emotional investment in the outcome. Increases accuracy. Is useful in achieving balance.
Practice
Practice: Regular practice (with the recording of results where useful) is the best way to develop intuition and psychic skills.
Protection
Protection: Protect self both from self and from outside influences. Basic means of protecting is to keep energy levels high. Light raises energy and deters the dark. We are less likely to think negative thoughts when we raise our energy levels, We are less susceptible to external negative influence when we keep our vibrations high.
Shifting
Shifting: Shifting consciousnes and dimensions. We are multi-dimensional beings. Many think of the center of our consciousness, the point that is focused, as being in our head, behind our eyes, between our ears but this is not necessarily so. We can shift our center of consciousness at will. This ability is a physical trait which may be genetic but can be learned. A minor shift in location can be a major change in perception.
