The Intuitive Heart

It is the heart which is usually the seat of the Soul. People think of going into the heart [out of the head] to communicate with the Soul. It is the heart which remembers, which connects to others and which knows. The heart has its own brain. The heart has cells which are the same type as those which make up the cranial brain. The heart is to the brain as the right brain is to the left brain. As the right brain processes so much more than the left brain which plods along, so too does the heart do so much more than the brain. It is the heart brain harmony which enables us to function optimally. to be continued .....
