The Universe has a few rules. This is about one. But first, let’s clarify a few things. We are part of a universe. There’s more than one. This Universe is the responsibility of the one we call God. He [He prefers the masculine expression] does NOT make all the decisions. Being responsible does not mean deciding what others do or do not do. That is another rule. We each have freedom of expression. We call it free will. Nothing happens to us without our consent. There is active and passive consent. Passive consent occurs when we do not make a choice. That is, we go along with the choices of others rather than decide. Each universe has a Luminescent responsible for it. All Luminescents work together with the Creator. The Creator is responsible for All of Creation. We share consciousness. Everything we think and feel we share with everyone else including the Luminescents and the Creator. These beings are more than responsible. There is another rule. We are all one. Each of us is one with every other being in our universe and in all of Creation. Each Luminescent (Light Being) shares consciousness with every other being in his/her universe. There are no secrets. All is knowable. Our limit is our ability to physically accept it. The nature of the Creator is Love. The basis of all Creation, therefore, is Love. We are all part of the One. We are all Love. Some of Creation is expressed in matter, that is, in physical form. Humans, for instance. Human beings have the abilities to know and to choose. This is how we are made in the image of the Creator. These must be respected even by those who choose to reject Love. If we believe we can do something, we can. Believing a thing is possible brings it into existence. This has always been true. A certain amount of energy and focus is required. So manifesting may require cooperation. It is however, becoming easier as the levels of energy on Earth are daily increasing. In the past, we may have had to focus daily, or several times a day, on what we wish for a span of time. Now it happens with less effort much more quickly. Knowing is stronger than believing. As our frequencies rise, so does our knowing. And frequencies are rising unless we choose otherwise. Knowing we can do something and deciding to do it, is what’s needed to manifest it. Why is this important? It is now time to consciously know what we wish in our world. Time to dream, to imagine the conditions we wish to live with, the society we wish to form. As we cooperate with each other, we bring our shared dreams and goals into existence. What we focus on is what we give energy to which brings it into material expression. Spirit expressed as physical. If we don’t choose, we live with other people’s choices. Haven’t we had enough of that? As we become more aware of our shared consciousness, that we are all one, it is easier to see and imagine our shared wishes, our common visions, and to create them. If we know we can’t, we’re right. If we know we can, we’re right.
